About Cliff Alexander

Cliff was born in Greybull, Wyoming, raised in Cody until he was 8 and then moved to Burlington to the family farm. Graduating from Burlington High School, and beginning college at the University of Wyoming, he went on to receive an Associated Degree from Rick's College, a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree from Brigham Young University.

Cliff has had the opportunity to travel to many places for various jobs and volunteer church service. He has been on every continent but Asia and in every state but South Carolina. He has worked in the oil field, done gold and diamond dredging in Africa, cattle and ranch consulting in Belize, and spent 2 years serving as volunteer missionary in Australia, just to name a few out-of-the-country experiences. Cliff has also spent many years in Alaska and has worn many hats, such as construction, Director of Learning Center's Northwest College, certified, police officer, fire fighter, EMT I & II and instructor, Chief of Police and Director of Public Safety. Cliff brought his family home to Wyoming when the kids were ready to go to school. Cliff and his family moved to Meeteetse where he was recruited to be the Chief of Police there. A couple of years later the family then moved back to the family farm in Burlington. In 1995, Cliff became a real estate agent and passed his broker's test. In 1997 he became an associate broker in a very successful office in Powell. Cliff then joined up with the Western Land "Outfit", now Cowboy Realty, and is looking forward to helping folks with any of their real estate needs.

Cliff has served on the Park Country Board of REALTORS for several years, and in 2007, was the president of the board, and was voted REALTOR of the year. He also served as the Northwest District Vice President of the Wyoming Association of REALTORS, a position he held until 2016, when he decided not to run for relection.

Kathi prides herself on attention to detail, passion for real estate, professionalism, and respect for her clients. Kathi’s Real Estate journey began in 1985 as a secretary/office manager in the business, licensed since 2005 as a full time agent and property manager. She has worked for major franchises such as Coldwell Banker, Better Homes and Gardens, and Real Living.  She is now settling in with Cowboy Realty, Cliff Alexander- Broker, offering Property Management and, listing and selling of properties around the Basin.  Kathi is committed to providing the utmost in service, as well as making the transaction a pleasant experience.

She has a wealth of experience from all perspectives of the Real Estate Industry. Her mission is to be the best agent in representing clients in their real estate transactions. Her commitment to details, and long term knowledge of the changing market factors, and love of this area is what sets her apart.

Kathi migrated to Wyoming from Northern Minnesota after a trip in 1977.  The countryside and the people have kept her here ever since. Aside from real estate, her special interests are spending time with the family, 1 daughter and 2 granddaughters, and quilting with the gals.
